Revision Policy

At Creative Hub Zambia, we value transparency, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement. We therefore accept revision requests from customers. Below are the key elements of our revision policy:

Revision Requests:

  • Clients are entitled to request revisions to the delivered work if it does not meet the agreed-upon requirements or standards.
  • Revision requests must be submitted through email or our designated communication platform, clearly outlining the specific changes desired.

    Timeline for Revisions

    • For regular projects, clients may request revisions within 48 hours of receiving the completed work.
    • Urgent projects allow for a shorter revision timeframe of 24 hours from the time of delivery.

      Acceptance of Comments or Suggestions

      • Revision requests will not be accepted based on comments or suggestions provided by a third party.
      • We prioritize delivering work that meets the client’s requirements rather than external feedback.

        Client Responsibility

        • Clients are responsible for thoroughly reviewing projects and ensuring they meet their requirements.

          Scope of Revisions

          • Revisions cover adjustments and modifications to the original work to align with the client’s expectations.
          • Major changes or additions beyond the original scope may be subject to additional charges and will be treated as separate orders.

            Number of Revisions

            • We aim to accommodate our clients’ needs by offering up to two rounds of revisions per project within the specified timeframe.
            • Each revision request should be comprehensive to minimize the need for multiple revisions

              Revision Process

              • Upon receiving a revision request, our team will promptly review the feedback and assess the required changes.
              • We will communicate any clarifications needed and work closely with the client to ensure their requirements are met.

              Client Feedback

              • We encourage open communication and value client feedback throughout the revision process.
              • Client satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to address any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

                Academic Writing Projects

                • For academic writing projects requiring supervision or comments from lecturers or supervisors, revision requests will not be accepted based solely on external feedback.
                • Clients are responsible for thoroughly reviewing written documents and ensuring they meet their academic requirements before submission.

                  Client Accountability

                  • Failure to make payments for revision requests may result in the revision request being declined, and the documents will be returned to the client without further revision.

                    Revision Validity

                    • Revision requests must be made within the specified timeframe outlined in the quotation.
                    • Failure to submit revision requests within the designated timeframe may result in additional charges or the revision request being declined.
