Unless otherwise stated, Creative Hub Zambia own the intellectual property rights for all material on our website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Creative Hub Zambia for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You are specifically restricted from all the following:

• Publishing any website material in any other media
• Selling, sublicensing, and/or otherwise commercializing any website material
• Using this website in any way that is or may be damaging to this website
• Using this website in any way that impacts user access to this website
• Using this website contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in a way that causes, or may cause, harm to the website or to any person or business entity.

Parties

These Terms and Conditions (Agreement OR Contract) are designed to be easy to read and to create a reliable, straightforward, and understandable business relationship between Creative Hub Zambia (CHZ) and You (the customer or client).

Services Offered

We offer a range of services. The services are broadly classified into Academic Services; Professional Services;

Creative Design Services; Creative Writing Services; Virtual Assistance; Consultation, Mentorship, Career Guidance, etc.

Service Delivery

Creative Hub Zambia delivers services in various digital formats, including Microsoft Word (Doc), PowerPoint Presentation (PPT), Portable Document Format (PDF), Bitmap (BMP), JPEG, GIF, PNG, EPS, and others. In delivering our services, we always strive to meet order requirements. Projects are also delivered in hard copy formats.

Conditions of Service

Order Requirements encompass all details provided in the order form when placing an order. You can make additions or alterations to project requirement within thirty (30) minutes for urgent projects and within twenty-four (24) hours for non-urgent projects unless otherwise agreed upon with CHZ. After the specified timeframes, all updates and requirements will be treated as “Additional Requests” and included in the Order details at our discretion. Additional charges may apply based on the volume of extra work required.

While we aim to meet Order Requirements and maintain high standards, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as job interviews, business success, or academic grades. These outcomes depend on various factors beyond our control. You are therefore responsible for reviewing projects upon receipt and are encouraged to set deadlines at least 24 and 6 hours ahead of the actual deadline for regular and urgent orders, respectively, to allow time for revisions if needed.

Confidentiality

Both Creative Hub Zambia and You (the Customer) recognize that during the course of our collaboration, we may have access to confidential information from each other. This includes, but is not limited to, trade, secrets, business plans, and project details.

Creative Hub Zambia and You commit to maintaining the strict confidentiality of all such information and using it solely for the purpose of the project or contract. We shall not disclose it to third parties without written consent and shall implement reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorized access or disclosure unless agreed upon.

The obligation of confidentiality remains in effect beyond the completion or termination of any project or contract. Any disputes related to the breach of confidentiality will be subject to the dispute resolution procedures outlined in the Dispute Resolution section of these Terms and Conditions.

Ownership of Work

Upon full payment, the Customer gains ownership of the completed work, including all rights, unless otherwise agreed. Until payment, the Customer has a limited right to use the work solely for the project’s purpose. Creative Hub Zambia may showcase the work for promotional purposes. The Customer is responsible for third-party content rights and indemnifies Us. We retain source files unless otherwise specified. As earlier specified, we are not liable for outcomes, and the Customer may modify the work. Termination terms are as per the project contract.

Payments and Modes of Transaction

You agree to pay Creative Hub Zambia the agreed-upon fees for the services provided. You are only required to make two (2) installments, with the first installment of sixty-five percent (65%) or more payable upon placing the order. The second installment of thirty-five percent (35%) or less is payable upon completion notification.

We will not commence work until the initial payment is made, unless otherwise agreed. Any deductions, additional charges, or discounts are subject to mutual agreement. Failure to make the initial payment may

result in a price increase due to time constraints. We will deliver the completed work only upon full payment.

Payment methods accepted by Creative Hub Zambia include cash and Digital Payments. Digital Payment options include Airtel, MTN, and Zamtel Money, as well as any online or mobile platforms that allow transfers to Mobile Accounts.

Communication

We promise to maintain open and respectful communication throughout the project. A such, Creative Hub Zambia may facilitate communication when necessary.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes arising from or related to our services or the Terms and conditions herein, both Creative Hub Zambia and You agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute amicably through negotiation and good-faith discussions.

Limitation of Liability

By using our services, you agree to release Creative Hub Zambia, its employees, officers, agents, representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, and legal advisers from any losses, damages, claims, or actions arising from or related to our projects or contracts. This includes, but is not limited to, issues related to computer malfunctions, network disruptions, delays, and any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from our services.

You also agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Creative Hub Zambia and its Affiliates harmless from any third-party claims or demands, including attorney’s fees, arising from your use of our services, violation of this Agreement, infringement of third-party rights, or any other act or omission.

Termination of Contract

Either party, Creative Hub Zambia or You, may terminate a project or contract with reasonable notice. Termination shall be subject to mutual agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding payment obligations and

intellectual property rights will be professionally governed.

Disclaimer

Creative Hub Zambia provides its services on an “as-is” basis. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or success. Creative Hub Zambia shall not be held responsible for any consequences, losses, or damages resulting from the use of our services.

Clients are encouraged to review and verify all work received and assume full responsibility for their decisions and actions based on our services. Creative Hub Zambia is not liable for errors or omissions in the materials or information provided.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Creative Hub Zambia reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at its discretion. It is the Customer’s responsibility to review and stay informed of any modifications. Continued use of our services after changes to these terms have been made indicates the Customer’s acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
