Refund Policy

 Eligibility

  • Refunds will only be granted if the project has not commenced being worked on.
  • Once work on the project has commenced, no refunds will be provided.

Refund Request Process

  • Clients must submit refund requests in writing, clearly stating the reason for the refund.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed, and a decision will be made based on the project’s status.

Refund Timeframe

  • If eligible, refunds will be processed within 2 business days from the date of the refund request.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Expenses incurred by Creative Hub Zambia for the project, such as third-party fees or materials purchased, are non-refundable.
